The brotherhood needs a strong spirited armed wing to help the communist nations in Asia like China, North Korea, Vietnam, and Russia.All these are the neoghboring countries of the brotherhood.
The stronger the brotherhood gets, the more it gets to become a target to the Philippine Governemnt. The level of danger is getting higher of getting attacked by the democratic government.
