The Brotherhood believes in one thing and that is progress and sustainable development whether it is personal or organizational. Unlike other fraternities and sorortities on colleges and universities, the brotherhood is all about developing our own into individuals with a direction and purpose in life.

Our forefathers used to say ‘No one can help us except ourselves and our own race.’

Maybe they are right and we (the brothers) are here to serve you. As we all know the Philippine government is very corrupt and ineffective. Its own government couldn’t even protect its own people what more our own.

Here are the promises we could give you as a societal organization and as a body of people creating a brighter and better future for our own Chinese overseas.

兄弟会相信三个那就是发展,科学与有道德的生活(不管是私人或者小组的) .本兄弟会与其它别的大学兄弟会与姐妹会不一样.我们是很关心自己人民 ( 华人)的私人发展与中国心.我们也想侨胞们有方向地活着在人间.

古人有曰: “只有自己中国人能够帮助自己中国人”.

他们肯定有道理因为我们兄弟会就是在这里为你们服务.我们都知道菲国政府无效于没用.政府连他们自己菲人保养不好别说咱华人侨胞.

我们能给的洛言是给侨胞们一个很精彩与完美的将来.

七名密秘议员会/The Secret Seven

中华民族61周2010年9月6号,马尼拉-我党建立'七名秘密议员会'来管理黑手党的事.我党的义员会是男女不分.大家都是被大哥选出来的.

七名秘密议员会是有啥责任? 他们到底是咋开会?

七名秘密议员会是有两个责任:
1. 当我党最初的家主
   如果有生意的话就让他们管理.收入他们是有部分的.

2. 当我党的义员会
   我党每个决定,政策,等等都是由'七名' 当议员. 所有我党的活动都要通过'七名'
   在开会时.

咋开会:
无论是开会或者其它活动都是要用笔名.不能用真名.所有被谈过的都必须记载下来.

PROC Era 61st Foundation 6th of September 2010,Manila-the creation of the "secret seven" is for the purpose of proper management of the brotherhood. The appointee is regardless of male and female because everybody within the 'Secret Seven' is chosen by the big brother.

What is the Responsibility and duties of the 'secret seven'? How does the secret seven discuss a meeting?

The responsibilities and Duties of the Secret Seven:
1.Acts as the Capos of the brotherhood
If there is a business opened, they will be an automatic share holder.They will manage business. They have a part in the profit of business.

2.Acts as one of the Committee of the brotherhood
Every decision, every move the brotherhood makes must go through the secret seven for transparency. They will be decision body of the brotherhood.

How does the brotherhood make a meeting?
All of the secret seven will use pseudonyms especially in the meeting. Everything discussed will written and recorded.

我党寻找市场/The Brotherhood looking for New Markets

中华民族61周2010年9月3号,马尼拉-我党在SMX拜访了不少生意.看一看有没有生意好赚的.

PROC Era 61st Foundation 3rd of September 2010, Manila-The brotherhood visited the SMX Food Expo 2010 located near the mall of Asia looking for businesses and markets to invest with.

我党第一步命令／The First Order of Business

目标:
(Mission)

能够天天培养我党。我党刚刚建立还算是一个婴儿。路非常遥远，还有很多事要办才能实现目标与视力。

To take care of the Brotherhood like a newly born baby. Because the raod is still far and it is recently esablished this year.
DUTIES
责任

第一责任
(The first duty)

招聘可靠的人，在我党的旗下实现我党的将来。
Huddle at least the most trusted persons you can find，under the flag of the brotherhood we will fulfill our mission and vision.

第二责任
(The second duty)

兄弟会当我们自己兄弟们的第二家，不管女朋友抛弃你们，不管万事发生还是战争，我党使兄弟们的家园。
The Brotherhood is the second home to our own 'brothers'
(It doesn't matter if your girlfriend left you or warfare may sprawl the land).

第三责任
(The third duty)

在天下宣传我党的哲学与中华精神。
To promote and preach the ideology and Chinese Spirit of the brotherhood to the overseas chinese.

ECONOMIC GROWTH
经济长进

兄弟会也需要钱养兵。养兵的钱並不只是四五个数目的钱。养兵需要百万多来培养千多地兄弟，和买与搞武器。所以最初的大部分是商人为身份。

有了经济发展就有了本领支持兄弟会的文化活动（和平方式与暴力方式）。

The brotherhood needs money to feed an army. Feeding an army is not just 4 or 5 digits. it needs millions to buy arms, equipments, facilities, and train thousands of 'brothers'. This is the reason why most of the 'brothers' at the start are businessmen in nature and identity.

Once there is a big development in the economic resources, then it can support its cultural activities (whether peaceful or violent).

INCREASE IN NUMBER OF MEN

兄弟数量长进

兄弟会暂时只需要一群人。基本7口委员与10口兄弟。管理这些生意是需要人力来管的。其他10口兄弟是当保镖等等的任务。大家在兄弟会里面平等（不管是生在有富的家庭或者贫苦的家庭）。

The brotherhood doesn't need so much 'brothers' right now. It just need 7 committee and 10 'brothers'. The businesses needed man power to manage them. Other 10 brothers had the responsibility of being brothers, researchers(scientists). In the brotherhood there is an equal treatment of work load (whether the 'brother' is born in a rich or poor family).

更多人支持兄弟会的视力与目标，兄弟会更发达。战备更有效力！人民能信任兄弟会是我们的荣幸。人越来越多，更大机会成为一个政治党。

The brotherhood needs supporters to give moral supporters upon the fulfillment of its mission and vision. The more support the more it gets to be competitive to be more effecient on the services it can give. People's trusts towards the brotherhood is a treasure it valued.

孙子所曰：“和平的时候准备战争，战争时候准备和平。"

兄弟会在中华民族61周刚刚建立而且都有共同的敌人（美军于联合军）。菲国是美国其中一个属国。从政府到军事，都是一直依靠美国如吸毒者一样。兄弟会必须有一个很精脱的军队来协助共产党国家邻居。

但是风险越强越大。兄弟会再强大早晚是会跟菲国民主政府碰头。

Sunzi teaches: "In times of peace prepare for war, In times of war prepare for peace."

The Brotherhood was established in PROC era 61st Foundation. The brotherhood has the same enemy as those of China and North Korea (that is United States).Philippines is one of the allied nations of United States in Asia.From Political to Military government structure, the Philippines always depends on United States like a drug addict. The brotherhood needs a strong spirited armed wing to help the communist nations in Asia like China, North Korea, Vietnam, and Russia.All these are the neoghboring countries of the brotherhood.

The stronger the brotherhood gets, the more it gets to become a target to the Philippine Governemnt. The level of danger is getting higher of getting attacked by the democratic government.
