七名密秘议员会/The Secret Seven

中华民族61周2010年9月6号,马尼拉-我党建立'七名秘密议员会'来管理黑手党的事.我党的义员会是男女不分.大家都是被大哥选出来的.

七名秘密议员会是有啥责任? 他们到底是咋开会?

七名秘密议员会是有两个责任:
1. 当我党最初的家主
   如果有生意的话就让他们管理.收入他们是有部分的.

2. 当我党的义员会
   我党每个决定,政策,等等都是由'七名' 当议员. 所有我党的活动都要通过'七名'
   在开会时.

咋开会:
无论是开会或者其它活动都是要用笔名.不能用真名.所有被谈过的都必须记载下来.

PROC Era 61st Foundation 6th of September 2010,Manila-the creation of the "secret seven" is for the purpose of proper management of the brotherhood. The appointee is regardless of male and female because everybody within the 'Secret Seven' is chosen by the big brother.

What is the Responsibility and duties of the 'secret seven'? How does the secret seven discuss a meeting?

The responsibilities and Duties of the Secret Seven:
1.Acts as the Capos of the brotherhood
    If there is a business opened, they will be an automatic share holder.They will manage business. They have a part in the profit of business.

2.Acts as one of the Committee of the brotherhood
    Every decision, every move the brotherhood makes must go through the secret seven for transparency. They will be decision body of the brotherhood.

How does the brotherhood make a meeting?
All of the secret seven will use pseudonyms especially in the meeting. Everything discussed will written and recorded.
