能够天天培养我党。我党刚刚建立还算是一个婴儿。路非常遥远，还有很多事要办才能实现目标与视力。
To take care of the Brotherhood like a newly born baby. Because the raod is still far and it is recently esablished this year.
DUTIES
责任
第一责任
(The first duty)
招聘可靠的人，在我党的旗下实现我党的将来。
Huddle at least the most trusted persons you can find，under the flag of the brotherhood we will fulfill our mission and vision.
第二责任
(The second duty)
兄弟会当我们自己兄弟们的第二家，不管女朋友抛弃你们，不管万事发生还是战争，我党使兄弟们的家园。
The Brotherhood is the second home to our own 'brothers'
(It doesn't matter if your girlfriend left you or warfare may sprawl the land).
第三责任
(The third duty)
在天下宣传我党的哲学与中华精神。
To promote and preach the ideology and Chinese Spirit of the brotherhood to the overseas chinese.
ECONOMIC GROWTH
经济长进
兄弟会也需要钱养兵。养兵的钱並不只是四五个数目的钱。养兵需要百万多来培养千多地兄弟，和买与搞武器。所以最初的大部分是商人为身份。
有了经济发展就有了本领支持兄弟会的文化活动 （和平方式与暴力方式）。
The brotherhood needs money to feed an army. Feeding an army is not just 4 or 5 digits. it needs millions to buy arms, equipments, facilities, and train thousands of 'brothers'. This is the reason why most of the 'brothers' at the start are businessmen in nature and identity.
Once there is a big development in the economic resources, then it can support its cultural activities (whether peaceful or violent).
INCREASE IN NUMBER OF MEN
兄弟数量长进
兄弟会暂时只需要一群人。基本7口委员与10口兄弟。管理这些生意是需要人力来管的。其他10口兄弟是当保镖等等的任务。大家在兄弟会里面平等（不管是生在有富的家庭或者贫苦的家庭）。
The brotherhood doesn't need so much 'brothers' right now. It just need 7 committee and 10 'brothers'. The businesses needed man power to manage them. Other 10 brothers had the responsibility of being brothers, researchers(scientists). In the brotherhood there is an equal treatment of work load (whether the 'brother' is born in a rich or poor family).

更多人支持兄弟会的视力与目标，兄弟会更发达。战备更有效力！人民能信任兄弟会是我们的荣幸。人越来越多，更大机会成为一个政治党。
The brotherhood needs supporters to give moral supporters upon the fulfillment of its mission and vision. The more support the more it gets to be competitive to be more effecient on the services it can give. People's trusts towards the brotherhood is a treasure it valued.
